Dianne tells me “I'd like to focus my session around personal and career development, using the ‘unconscious competence’ theme to look at the acquisition of skills across a lifetime and the development of a 'personal portfolio' that reflects that”.

Dianne has more in store for us as well.  “I'll also take a deeper look at the ‘unconscious competence’ model and help people to identify their metaprogramme preferences in relation to it”.

Promises to be a busy evening with lots to learn about how we ‘do’ “Unconscious Competence”. I’m particularly interested in the idea of exploring metaprogrammes and our use of these with our acquisition of “Unconscious Competencies” and skills.

If you haven’t been to one of the sessions Dianne has run for us in the past then you are in for a treat. If you are a regular at NLP-South you will know this evening promises to be one where you learn more than you thought you possibly could in just two hours!

Reports on Dianne’s previous visits here:-
November 2005; June 2006; May 2007; and June 2009. We missed her in 2008.
