For us this year’s theme has been very exciting in its variety of thought provoking inputs from our Guest speakers. Certain useful patterns have emerged and some interesting new ‘drills’ and exercises brought along for us to play with.
We plan to synthesise and extend what we have ‘modelled’ this year and introduce some ways to approach ‘Unconscious Competence’ which you may never have considered. In particular we have identifies four key elements, which kept cropping up throughout the year. We have adapted and developed exercises to help you become better at achieving your own Unconscious Competence.
If you have not been often this year, or even if you have made every meeting, make sure you put the December date in your diary. This is a session which will pull together all the good bits of the year and wrap them up as our Christmas present to you.
Oh yes! There will also be mince pies!

Nigel and Jenny Heath have been involved in NLP-
Both are keen modellers and use this skill extensively in their work as specialist Relationship Coaches. Modelling the dynamics of relationships, spotting patterns of behaviour and uncovering the ‘baggage’ which can derail relationships. Unusually they coach together as a team, seamlessly passing the ‘baton’ of questions and observing and reflecting back the patterns they notice. This has immense benefits for their clients, particularly when they coach couples. A key component of their work is in identifying ‘homework’ for their clients to do between sessions. Much of these ‘process’ based exercises either spring from NLP & ‘Clean’, or have been NLPed and ‘Cleaned’ by Nigel and Jenny from their wide study of many other Relationship models and books. Some are their own creations, forged in the crucible of their own relationship, where they have devised some novel and sophisticated models for better communication between men and women.
They are both confident public speakers and in 2009 presented and ran workshops at
3 national conferences including the NLP Conference. They have often used sessions
