 You are invited to participate in a session of Laughter where you are encouraged to be playful, silly and childish. (‘Silly’ comes from the ancient interpretation ‘saelig’, which means happy, joyful and blessed.)

You will be introduced to Laughter Yoga and will experience a variety of laughter exercises designed to allow the unconscious mind to open up to laughter of all types.

You will learn about the benefits of laughter on your overall well-being, experience some of the different laughter sounds and take part in a group Laughter Meditation.

  Participants will be encouraged to discover new ways of incorporating more laughter and FUN into their lives on a daily basis.

Lisa Sturge, Laughter Yoga Leader, Laughter Facilitator and NLP practitioner will be leading us for an evening of laughter and FUN.

In line with our theme for 2008 “How to have even more fun, Now Let’s Play” Lisa will be helping us to have more of the key ingredient - laughter! Wear loose clothing, stout knickers, and a large smile.
While Lisa leads us in the laughter, Nigel will be helping you all to spot the NLP in action.
