Karen is a personal development coach and trainer and has been running Self Discovery Coaching since 2006. She specialises in career coaching, helping people to re-find the direction in their career. She enables her clients to gain a greater self awareness, focus on their strengths and gives them a chance to focus on what it is that they want to be different. She then helps them achieve their own personal success story.

Karen is a Chartered Member of the CIPD, qualified coach and NLP Master Practitioner. She also uses the Thomas International DISC personal profile, Emotional Intelligence questionnaire and 360 degree feedback to enable her clients to reach their full potential.
