Enjoying the lively practice group sessions
Held in Eastleigh, Hampshire, England on the first Thursday of the month. We are well known as a friendly and well organised group that meets once a month and hears from a diverse range of speakers. See our Programme.
- You will be given a warm welcome and have an opportunity to “network” with open minded and interesting people
- You will get to practice your NLP skills -
our speakers are asked to talk for 10% and encourage us to practice for 90% of the evening - As a beginner, you can experience NLP in a safe and understanding environment
- If you are more experienced, practice groups are a great way of keeping your NLP skills alive and developing
- If you are very experienced, you will know NLP works at many different levels and
every session is a chance to learn and grow. You may wish to experiment with your
own ideas -

Practice packs -
Developed from each practice group evening, with additional resources from NLP-
- exercises to practise NLP skills
- a recorded interview with the speaker, covering their background, additional thoughts about the session, how their session linked to NLP concepts
- supporting instructions, so that you can use them to practice at home, with friends or with clients

Practice Packs are available to be downloaded (.pdf and MP3 formats). Hard copy versions (paper document and CD) can be purchased at the meetings or as part of the Full Local Member package.

FREE Teleseminar
We hold a teleseminar with our speaker. Depending on their availability, this is usually during the fortnight following their session. You will get an email telling you when and how to log on and encouraging you to submit your questions. The teleseminars are free if you log on via the internet.
