I‘m married to Jenny and have two grown up sons and two grown up step children, and two cavalier king charles spaniels, one grown up & one delinquent!

My interests include gardening, bonsai trees, walking, cycling, yoga, modern jive, cooking and eating well and healthily, reading of all sorts, bridge, scrabble, jokes, good company, my own personal development and possibly yours.

My own self-development began in 1989 and seems to accelerate every day. In my previous unenlightened existence I worked in the grocery trade in sales and marketing, ran a second hand shop, published a free newspaper, financially advised others and failed at being a property tycoon.

From disaster comes success and since 1989 I have taken all the knowledge I can find (counselling, aromatherapy, reflexology, acupressure, accelerated learning, kinesiology, healing, dowsing, yoga, NLP, coaching, Symbolic Modelling, Story telling, Voice work,  Public speaking training, etc, etc;.) and adapted it to be my own. I worked until early 2007 as a physical therapist and psychotherapist in private practice. Every day I am amazed and inspired by other people’s capacity for change and growth. By their ability to be magically creative with what they want and do. By the sheer unlimited potential of every human being.

In May 2007 Jenny and I began working together to develop our own business, The Happy Relationship Company. We are passionate about helping people get the very best from their relationships, particularly the most significant one with their spouse or partner. We are both married for the second time and still remember the pain, both emotional and financial, of our respective break ups. We also cherish the time we have spent together learning NLP and all our other courses. The benefits of joint learning are a fundamental part of our new model.
